- You decide what leaves the device Email and profile details appear only when you type them in — for replies, sync, or optional alerts you turn on yourself.
- Diagnostics stay utilitarian Device model, IP, and crash breadcrumbs help us keep the closet tools reliable. They are not packaged for ads or resale.
- Requests land with a person Access, correction, and deletion are available on demand. Where consent is the legal basis, you can revoke it without drama.

Awelrn Your Style (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes the iOS application of the same name and this privacy page. We operate from Alberta, Canada.
Using the Service — whether you install the app or only read this notice — means the practices below apply to that interaction.
What arrives in our systems
Details you hand over. An email address may be collected if you reach out for help, register, or opt into product notes.
Signals gathered in the background. Sessions can include device class, OS version, app or browser build, IP address, identifiers, screens visited, timing, and other telemetry produced by the Service or its hosting layer.
Why we process it
Personal data supports running and hardening the Service, administering accounts, fulfilling purchases or contracts you start with us, delivering operational messages, answering tickets, and refining wardrobe features.
Aggregated, non-identifying summaries may guide product decisions and marketing experiments without pointing back to you as an individual.
Who else might see it
Trusted processors that host, measure, or support the Service may receive data solely to perform work we assign — under terms that restrict further use.
Disclosure can also occur during a sale or restructuring of the business; to affiliates bound by this notice; to partners for an offer you elect; when you publish something in a shared space; or when law enforcement, courts, or safety obligations require it.
How long it remains
We hold personal data only while it serves the aims listed here, unless a statute demands a longer archive.
Account records last for the life of the account and up to twenty-four months after closure. Support threads, usage metrics, and infrastructure logs follow a similar window for quality and security, then are wiped or stripped of identifiers.
Encrypted backups may keep residual fragments for a short rotation cycle and are restored only for recovery or compliance needs.
Crossing borders
Information may be handled in Canada and in other regions where our vendors run infrastructure. When cross-border rules apply, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards.
Safeguards
We apply commercially reasonable protections for personal data. No internet path or storage medium is perfectly sealed, so absolute security cannot be promised.
Younger users
Awelrn Your Style is not aimed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly gather personal data from that age group. If a guardian believes a child shared details with us, contact us and we will remove what we find.
Choices available to you
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal data we hold.
Update fields inside the app when that screen exists, or write to us. Some records may remain when a legal duty or other lawful ground still applies.
